You can create a personal account by selecting the option "Sign Up With Your Institution" and choosing The University of Bolton. This will enable you to sign into your personal Semantic Scholar account using your UoB username and password.

Alternatively you can create an account using an email and password of your choosing.

Why should I use Semantic Scholar?

Semantic Scholar uses advanced machine learning and AI tools to identify the most relevant literature to your search query. It also has unique tools to explore citations.

Depending on the needs of your literature review, Semantic Scholar may be a useful search source alongside other Library databases and Discover@Bolton.
