The publication intends to guide readers on how to use education, and in particular Education for Sustainable Development, in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It identifies learning objectives, suggests topics and learning activities for each SDG, and describes implementation on different levels from course design to national strategies.

Resources from the QAA

The Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) developed revised guidance on how Education for Sustainable Devlopment (ESD) could be embedded within HE curricula in 2021.

QAA Education for Sustainable Development guides
This guidance from the QAA is aimed at staff involved in curriculum design, course management and delivery as well as staff in management and quality assurance roles. You will need to register for a QAA account to access the guidance.
