At the moment we are working with reduced staff on campus for essential services only, with the remaining Advisors working remotely. If you are unable to visit campus you can still contact us by email on studentadvisors@bolton.ac.uk by phone 01204 903733 or the Ask Us Chat function on the University website - Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm.

We will - do our utmost to answer your question, no matter how big or small. If we can't help directly, we will know who can.

We won't - make judgements, promise things we can't deliver, or do things that need to be done by you.

We might not be able to work miracles, but our aim is to resolve your problem, answer your question, clarify who you need to do speak to, point you in the right direction - whatever it is you need, we will try and provide the answer or give you the tools you need to obtain it. 

And sometimes just talking something through with someone who is not directly involved with your study helps enormously - we are always happy to listen!
