You may notice the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) quality mark logo on many of our documents and web pages. This is to show that University of Bolton Student Services, Library, Careers and Student Experience currently hold the award. To gain the award the four teams went through a rigorous evidence submission and assessment process, and every twelve months the assessor performs a surveillance visit until the next full reaccreditation is due (every three years). The teams first gained the award in 2016 and were successfully reaccredited in April 2019. CSE is all about engaging with our customers, understanding their individual needs, asking for and responding to feedback, and continuous improvement.
