IT Support

You can get help with IT related issues:

 Online: Use the IT Self Service Portal (available on campus only) to contact IT, request assistance or report a fault

The Disability Service

The University of Bolton Disability Service supports any student or prospective student who has a Disability.  If you aren’t sure whether your condition is a disability then you can get in touch and they can advise you on this. 

The Life Lounge

The Life Lounge provides specialist Mental Health and Wellbeing Services which include: Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Wellbeing Advisors and Mental Health Advisors.

Student Liaison Officers

Student Liaison Officers (SLOs) provide personal, academic and study support, including advice and guidance on issues relating to the University’s policies and procedures (Mitigating Circumstances, Appeals, Academic Misconduct, etc.).

English for Academic Purposes support

The English for Academic Purposes (EAP) team provide a range of support and development opportunities for students who speak English as an Additional Language. EAP sessions can help you with academic writing and vocabulary, referencing, speaking and pronunciation, and more.
