COVID-19 Safety
Important information on the use of libraries and study spaces
Updated 29th November 2021:
We are following Department for Education guidance in response to the Covid Omnicron variant and asking all staff and students to comply and wear face coverings in communal areas on campus.
With effect from 8am on 30th November 2021, face masks should be worn on campus in all communal areas. Free masks will be available and provided at main entrances.
Please remember when you are on campus to always:
- Regularly wash/sanitise hands.
- Always enter a building through a heat detector entrance.
- Never come to campus if you test positive, are self-isolating or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
Please also remember to bring your Student ID with you whenever you come onto campus so that you are able to scan in at the entrance, and to ‘check-in’ to your classes using the MyBolton app.
Staff and students are asked and encouraged to test twice weekly for the protection of each other.
