Many videos in Academic Video Online feature a complete text transcript.
Once in the video viewer, click the Transcript tab. The transcript is displayed on the right hand side of the screen.
You can navigate through the video by scrolling through the transcript and selecting the heading of a section (often the name of the person speaking in the video).
You can also search the transcript by keyword, allowing you to quickly navigate to the content you are most interested in.
From the video viewer, select the Cite tab. This provides the citation for the video in MLA, APA and Chicago formats.
Harvard style is not available, though you can export the citation to RefWorks (or another reference management tool) using the Export RIS Format option. For more on RefWorks, see our RefWorks guide.
