Bolton Central Library and Museum are proud to be a Hub for the OUTing the Past Festival 2021, which takes place on Friday 12 February and celebrates LGBT+ history, creativity and culture in the UK. This year the festival speakers will pre-record their talks and you can view them on YouTube on 12th February, by booking your free place on Eventbrite here.
