Welcome to the Life Lounge Mental Health and Wellbeing Resource page.
Wellbeing is about being in a state where you can look after yourself, build positive relationships, be healthy, contribute and achieve. It’s a really important part of life that some can take for granted, whilst others can struggle to achieve.
Here in the Life Lounge, we know it’s normal for our sense of wellbeing to dip from time to time, and sometimes we might need an extra bit of help to pick it back up. That's why we are working hard to build a range of resources that you can access at any time. They might ease your worries, inspire you or help you to get practical support – when you look after your wellbeing, you’re more likely to be in a great position to focus on the rest of life, including your relationships with others, work and your studies.
Please keep checking this site as we continue to build useful resources to support your wellbeing.
