The Life Lounge Nature Workshop

 As a team we all recognise the benefits of nature in our lives for our physical and mental health. 

We all vary in what we do to connect to nature, but we all enjoy nature as a key part of our self care routine. 

The below workshop gives a little more information about why nature is a good thing to have in all of our lives. 

In Bolton we are very lucky, we have nice parks throughout the town; the moors on our doorsteps; reservoirs and even the beach not too far away. There  is even a bus service to Rivington for those who want to explore, but have limited access to transport. You could even use one of the Uni's bikes to help you get out and explore all that nature has to offer.
