The University of Bolton and the Life Lounge recognises that with the upcoming exams brings what can be a stressful period for students of all abilities, and on all course types. One of the Life Lounge Mental Health Advisors Toni Dewsbury has created a workshop that covers the ins and outs of exam stress, understanding it,  managing it, adopting strategies for it and much more.
