All enquiries received between 8:45 am - 9:00 pm Monday-Thursday and 8:45 am and noon on Friday should receive a reply within 4 working hours. All customers should receive a meaningful reply within 2 working days.

Inter-Library Loan requests will be dealt with within 2 working days of receipt. We aim to satisfy 96% of requests within 7 working days.

The Library will offer staffed services 60.75 hours per week during term-time and 40 hours per week during vacation time.

We aim to order 90% of reading-list items within one week of the order being submitted. We aim to make 90% of ordered material available within 18 working days.

* Due to the Cube Fire incident, not all content was checked during the first term. Due to the impending and subsequent lockdown in arch, again the focus was on new content being produced to facilitate remote learning and teaching. March deadline for website review now May.
